Exploring the natural bounty of the Lake Country Scenic Byway’s environment on horseback is a great way to see the woods and wildlife of the northwoods as it used to be, and still is along the Byway.

HUNTERSVILLE STATE FOREST

The designated horse trail is 22 miles long and winds through 16,448 acres of woods. Located south of Park Rapids.
